Registered Social Worker |In person, Virtual Therapy Available Across SK and AB
Welcome. I’m a therapist, educator, and art & expressive arts practitioner(in training) who works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship patterns, and more. I bring a warm, down-to-earth presence and a collaborative approach to the therapy space—one where your whole self is welcome.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Social Work, and Bachelor of Education and have been active in the field for 25 years. I'm a Registered Social Worker offering in-person and telehealth services to clients across Saskatchewan and Alberta. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), art, somatic and expressive arts therapies, and narrative and emotion-focused approaches. This allows me to support both practical skill-building and deeper emotional healing.
My practice is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and open to clients from all walks of life. I have a particular passion for working with people who identify as caregivers, deep feelers, high achievers, or those carrying complex trauma, attachment wounds, or intergenerational and racialized experiences. Many clients come to therapy with me looking to better understand themselves, break old patterns, and move toward greater self-trust and clarity.
Whether you're new to therapy or returning to it, our work together can be a space for reflection, relief, and meaningful change.
"Every step you take through life is part of a story unfolding."
