I am a Father of 2 grown children who have flown the nest and a 4 legged dog-child named “Rumi” who is still hanging around. I have lived experience and a formal education from the University of Regina in Social Work. In my practice, I observe the idea that there is not a one size fits all solution for people, so I have a blended approach that includes all of my formal and informal teachings. I provide a Trauma informed, safe environment and draw from Reality, Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies to support people to work through their problematic issues from substance use/misuse,

Social Media and anxiety and stress. Human development happens over a lifetime so I work with a wide age range of individuals from adolescents to adults and experienced adults because all life stages are new to all of us at one point and sometimes we are in need of support and information to adapt to these times.

A journey of healing can be facilitated by acceptance of ourselves and release of inherited family behaviors, cultural effects and adaptive responses that are no longer working for us. I would be happy to come alongside our journey to help form a new healthy lifestyle to adapt to your evolving life.
